We warmly welcome you to our modern and lovingly furnished 4-star Eifel Apartments in Hamburg, Munich, and Cologne, located in the heart of the Vulkaneifel—a region renowned as a premier hiking and biking destination (Eifelsteig, Kyllradweg, ...). Thanks to their barrier-free design, the buildings are also easily accessible by wheelchair and walker. Our Eifel Apartments are located on the edge of the forest and offer you a peaceful setting where you can relax, hike, and unwind. There are plenty of recreational activities in the area, such as fishing, the Slipline, the Nürburgring, escape rooms, amusement parks, and much more. Restaurants and shopping options are located in the town about 4 km away. The houses are accessible without steps and have several parking spaces. Each house features 2 bedrooms with a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living-dining area, a bathroom with a shower, parking spaces, and a spacious terrace. The Eifel Nature Centre in Nettersheim is a supraregional adventure centre for environmental education with exhibitions on nature and history, making it an exciting destination for the whole family! Take part in one of the numerous excursions or attend one of the seminars. From family adventure and activity programmes for school classes to children's birthdays - the offers are always accompanied by experts. The award-winning Dandelion Experience Path and the Archaeological Landscape Park also invite you to go hiking.

Your vacation home is open for you and has been renovated with our future guests in mind. In the middle of the village, in a quiet location, stands our detached house, in which the apartment is located on the 1st floor. It offers you a quiet and cozy atmosphere to relax and unwind. Two parking spaces are available for your vehicles. The garage can also be used to store bicycles or several motorcycles. If necessary, you can buy groceries and other household items in a small discount store in Kottenheim. In a neighboring town, a large supermarket also sells many items for people with gluten and/or lactose intolerance. In a nearby town, there is also a hospital for emergencies, as well as practicing doctors from various specialties. We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home Marika. Pets are not allowed in the apartment or on the property.
