A pump track is a specially designed circular track for all types of bikes. It consists of wave-like hills, steep curves, and jumps that allow the course to be ridden without pedaling, but through weight shifting and targeted pulling and pushing movements (English: "pumping").

On an area of a total of 1,300 m², the first pump track in the municipality of Hellenthal has been created right next to the sports field in Sieberath. The endless loop has an asphalt surface of around 620 m² and a length of 110 m. The maximum bank height is 1 m, and the waves are between 30 and 60 cm high. The pump track can be used daily free of charge.

A large free parking lot is located directly in front of the pump track. In addition, covered seating areas invite you to watch or take a short break.
