• The "Greta und Starks" app (www.gretaundstarks.de) can be used to access subtitles for various films - simply from your own smartphone. The cinema indicates which films are available barrier-free.

• The entrance is visually rich in contrast.
• With the exception of the cinema halls during the performances, all evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.

• There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in a public parking lot across the street from the movie theater.
• The path from the car park to the movie theater is 30 m long and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 9 % over a distance of 3 m. There are two flattened curbs (5 cm high) to negotiate.
• The movie theater is steplessly accessible via a platform lift. This is 110 cm x 140 cm. 
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible. Exception: Cinema hall 2 is only accessible via steps.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 87 cm wide.
• The cash desk is at its lowest point 99 cm high.
• There is a designated space for wheelchair users in cinema hall 1, which is accessible without steps and with a maximum longitudinal gradient of 6%.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the foyer and bistro (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm). 

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the toilet and the washbasin 200 cm x 160 cm;
  left and right of the toilet at least 108 cm x 70 cm.
  Access to the manoeuvring spaces to the right of the toilet is 70 cm wide.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• An alarm trigger is available.
