For more than 25 years we have been engaged in the direct marketing of poultry in our own farm store and since 2006 also in the farmer's market hall in Bitburg. Our family business is in the second generation here in the Eifel. Since 2013 we belong to the regional brand Eifel and are regularly controlled whether their regulations are also kept. Since we keep our animals directly on the farm, we can guarantee short transport routes and stress-free slaughter.

In addition to typical Eifel bread, small and fine baked goods, we have created a very special range of products for our company with our Eifelprints. Over years of fine-tuning - the recipe has been modified to suit Eifel's taste - our Printe has meanwhile found supraregional approval, appreciation and enthusiasts.

As a family business, we have been combining tradition, craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology with high quality standards for three generations.
