With more than 20 different, crispy fresh bread and more than ten different types of rolls, we want to spoil our customers day after day! True to our motto "tradition and freshness", we lovingly bake by hand a variety of bread and rolls, as well as a rich selection of cakes, pies and fine pastries, which we offer you day after day in our now eleven branches, including four cafés. Of course, we also provide hungry palates with freshly filled rolls and offer our ever-popular savory pizza tongues at lunchtime.

Framed by historic rubble stone walls and bright modernity, Brule’s gourmet restaurant leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled. Here, each course is finely tuned to the next, and seasonal delicacies create an absolute taste experience. Accompanied by perfectly matched wines, mainly from the surrounding wine regions of Ahr, Mosel, and Mittelrhein, the evening becomes an event of good taste.
