Gillig's historic mill in Antweiler opens its doors to visitors on "Open Mill Day" 

On Pentecost Monday, German Mill Days are regularly held across Germany, offering visitors the chance to take a look behind the scenes at old mills and explore historic milling technology. A full program awaits visitors in Antweiler: hourly mill tours, information on hydropower, “live brass band music” all day long, grilled specialties, a large cake buffet including mill bread, children’s activities, and, of course, the legendary duck race on the Ahr.
