Enjoy modern Qigong in a historic monastery setting to reconnect with yourself. In this seminar, you will mindfully find your way to a relaxing inner peace – with gentle, soft, and flowing Qigong exercises along with profound breathing and meditation techniques. The Qigong exercises come from the circle of stillness, movement, and spontaneity; they are slow, soft, and flowing without any contortions. In nice weather, Qigong sessions may also take place in the monastery garden. Additionally, you will have time for yourself to read, relax, and take walks.

Important notes
The costs for board and lodging amount to 188,- € in a single room (2 × 94,- € per person per day) and 392,- € in a double room (2 × 196,- € for two persons per day), which will be billed to you in the guest wing of the Abbey Maria Laach and are to be paid directly to them. 

This compact Qigong prevention course according to § 20 SGB V Prevention is subsidized by statutory health insurance companies with at least 75,- € and up to 100% and is recognized as a retreat.
