The apartment is located in a house on the second floor.

Access is via an outside staircase leading to the terrace with entrance to the apartment.

Permanent parking at your own risk is available in the courtyard in front of the house.

The apartment is available for a minimum stay of two nights.

Up to two persons 75 Euro/night, a third person 15Euro/night.

From the 7th night 55 Euro/night up to max. 14 nights

From 01.01.2026 we have to charge an overnight flat rate of 2,50 Euro per person and per night for the city of Monschau and pass it on to them.

    Ferienwohnung Kraftort unter Eichen

    The attic apartment can be reached via two floors and is located in the house we live in ourselves. We, Uli and Birgit, live here with our two cats and a small dog and you can expect a spacious living/dining area, a spacious bedroom, a kitchen and a shower room on approx. 65 square meters. During your stay you can use our meadow orchard with old trees. This is located about 200 meters from our house within walking distance. Chickens and cuddly sheep welcome you here.
