The apartment is located in a house on the second floor.

Access is via an outside staircase leading to the terrace with entrance to the apartment.

Permanent parking at your own risk is available in the courtyard in front of the house.

The apartment is available for a minimum stay of two nights.

Up to two persons 75 Euro/night, a third person 15Euro/night.

From the 7th night 55 Euro/night up to max. 14 nights

From 01.01.2026 we have to charge an overnight flat rate of 2.50 euros per person and per night for the city of Monschau and pass it on to them.
