every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month | The national park rangers offer guided hikes several times a week - free of charge and without registration. There is a suitable tour for every visitor! The starting times and meeting points of the tours are always the same - this makes planning easier for you.

The hiking week South Eifel takes place from 29.09. - 04.10.2026. The tourist information offices offer five guided hikes and a hiking marathon to extensively explore the region.
Wednesdays | The moderately difficult hike in the Eifel National Park leads from the Abbey of Mariawald into the beech nature forests and the habitat of the woodpeckers. It is suitable for children and off-road strollers.
