Yoga - Hiking - Breakfast Guided sunrise hike on the dream path "Eifelturmpfad Boos" with short, beginner-friendly yoga sessions by yoga teacher Bärbel Schlaf followed by a breakfast buffet at the Eifelhotel Fuchs.

You haven't started the day feeling rested and grounded for a long time? Do you feel tired and drained and your batteries are empty? Do you urgently need some time for yourself in connection with nature?
Then we have something for you: Sun salutation meets Booser Traumpfächen!
On 17.05.2025 and 20.09.2025 we will meet at 7.00 am at the Eifelhotel Fuchs in Boos to start the day together with yoga teacher Bärbel Schlaf. We start our yoga hike with the sunrise and walk with the sun, so to speak, along the dream path Eifelturmpfad Boos. In case you're wondering where the yoga is, you could say it's on the trail!
At carefully selected locations, we ground ourselves, learn breathing techniques and perform small, simple but also strength-giving exercises while standing. Don't worry - all the exercises are great for beginners and absolute yoga newbies, as well as advanced practitioners, and the 4.1 km dream trail with a total elevation gain of 121 m is also easy to master.
After the exercise in the fresh air in the morning for heart and soul, the stomach should of course not be neglected - that's why the Eifelhotel Fuchs conjures up a breakfast buffet for us, with a muesli station, wholemeal rolls, cold cuts, scrambled eggs and much more that will fill both the yogi and the hiker's stomach and make them happy. You'll see - afterwards we'll start the day full of energy and have also found one or two ideas on how to recharge our batteries in everyday life.

Depending on the weather forecast, the event may be postponed, but we ask our participants to wear clothing suitable for the weather (hiking clothing) and sturdy shoes.
