The selection of ecological building materials ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The cozy and well-thought-out kitchen with a large induction hob, fridge-freezer combination and above-average equipment invites you to cook together. A small selection of spices, as well as vinegar and oil are provided. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, plenty of firewood, lighters and a smart TV with HD Plus. The soundbar can be paired with your smartphone via Bluetooth. A collection of games, books and magazines is also available. Another special feature of the house are the two separate bathrooms with rain shower, large sink, spacious mirror cabinet and toilet. Each bathroom also has its own hairdryer. Sauna, bath and hand towels are also provided. The two bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds (180x200 cm), as well as an open wardrobe system and mirror. Due to its location in the basement, it is pleasantly cool here even in the hottest summer. The mattresses have different degrees of hardness (H2 and H3), the window side is the softer side. The beds are already made upon arrival. The holiday home has a spacious balcony, as well as a terrace and a large garden. Due to the hillside location, this is divided into six levels. There are two barbecue options available outside: an electric grill on the balcony and a fire bowl with grill grate on the terrace.
