Our vacation apartment (complete 1st floor with own entrance) is located in 52393 Hürtgenwald, district Vossenack.Vossenack with Simonskall and Raffelsbrand is a state-recognized resort.here the world is still in order!!! Forest and meadows provide peace, rest and relaxation.a separate apartment entrance leads into the newly furnished apartment (2020/2021).the living room and the bedroom are very quiet to the garden side / sunny side.all windows have shutters.you will be welcomed in a large hallway. A fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area for up to 4 people is adjacent to a complete living room with a large TV, an additional sofa bed (for 2 people) and a sideboard.in the bedroom with a modern double bed and 3-door wardrobe and other storage space you will find your night's sleep. The large bathroom with window has a very spacious walk-in shower in glass, WC, washbasin. In the storage room there are shelves for suitcases, cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner (etc.) The entire apartment has underfloor heating and parking space for bicycles, motorcycles and cars is available by arrangement.

The house (75 sqm) has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms with double beds are non-smoking rooms. The living room is equipped with TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and pull-out bed in the sofa set. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers space for 6 people. There is a parking space in the inner courtyard. The garden can be used by guests. The entire property is fenced and there are sun loungers in the garden. The vacation home is child-friendly. A travel cot for small children can be provided on request. A high chair is not available.In the utility room you will find another toilet, washing machine and dryer, in the courtyard two terraces with barbecue area and garden furniture. Important additional information: The upper bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom. Our house was newly built in 2012 and is located on the edge of the Heimbach district of Hasenfeld in a quiet location. We are surrounded by forest and yet our neighbors are only a stone's throw away. Many hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. Stores, supermarket, post office and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes.
