The historic boiler house is built into the Rur. The spacious living room is completely glazed on the river side and stylishly furnished. The open fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and WC. Parking spaces directly at the house. Two terraces with a view of the Rur. The vacation home is located directly on the Rur, in the middle of the forest, 8 minutes' walk from the old town.

The 2 vacation apartments in the lovingly restored former Schalkenmehren station building are located directly on the old Daun-Moselle railroad line. The old railroad track is now the Maare-Mosel cycle path. The vacation apartments are in a quiet and idyllic location on the outer edge of the Maar crater. As there is no through traffic, your children can play safely outside.

The location of Baasem is unique as it is located in the border triangle between Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg. The apartment is available to you from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Other times can be arranged by arrangement. Our price is €80/day for up to two people with a minimum of 2 nights, each additional person is charged at €10/day and for pets we charge €5/day.
