The Eifelhotel Fuchs in Hauptstraße 27 in Boos is also taking part in the leckerMYK Strawberry and Asparagus Weeks with numerous asparagus dishes, such as asparagus quiche or asparagus ragout. Of course, the classic Maifelder asparagus spears with potatoes and hollandaise are also a must.
