Breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30 AM at the GaumenFreude restaurant or, on sunny days, on the south terrace. The perfect start to the day with homemade jams, vegan spreads, hearty Eifel sausages, organic cheese, homemade salads, Bircher muesli, and much more! At our cooking station, we pamper you with various egg dishes - freshly prepared according to your wishes.

MundArt and GaumenFreude At the NaturPurHotel Maarblick, Frank Weiler, hotel management graduate and trained chef, serves you a regional fresh organic cuisine with a twist, vegetarian dishes, and lactose-free meals upon request. Traditional dishes are redefined. The use of natural and high-quality products from the region is our highest principle! From juicy steaks to hearty Eifel specialties, such as “Döppekooche” or “Hövelchen op Fleesch,” to crisp salads and Mediterranean dishes, we offer a variety of delicacies that tantalize the palate with flavors from organic ingredients (about 70%).
