Pfarrkirche St. Luzia Eschfeld

Eschfeld

There is a special church in the small community of Eschfeld in the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and Luxenburg. In the years 1906 - 1921, Pastor Christoph Maerz painted an open Bible on the walls and vaults. The parish church from 1869 is a neo-Gothic hall building with short arms.

Interested visitors can admire the parish church with impressive work by Pastor Maerz.

Museum in der wArtehalle

Probably the smallest art museum in the world is located near the border triangle of Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. The museum shows the works of artists from the surrounding countries in changing exhibitions in the former school bus waiting hall in Welchenhausen.
