Gemünden maar nature pool
Daun
Jump headfirst from the diving tower into the crystal-clear water. Don't worry, you won't hit the bottom - the lake is 39 metres deep. So if you love the thrill of the jump, you can really let off steam here. There is a secure non-swimmer area for younger visitors. Those who are not splashing around in the water can build sand castles in the shady sandpit. A kiosk, sunbathing lawn and climbing wall make the family outing perfect.
Unfortunately, the use of watercraft of any kind, such as stand-up paddles (SUPs) or other flotation devices, is not permitted on the Daun Maars and the Pulvermaar by order of the Lower Nature Conservation Authority of the Vulkaneifel District. Exceptions are the municipality's own pedal boats and rowing boats.
