With 3 bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, the 110 sqm holiday flat offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. W-LAN, TV and a wallbox are of course available. The modern kitchen invites you to cook extensively, the round dining table offers space for six people and is ideal for communal meals. Real wood floors and real wood doors give the flat a warm atmosphere. Practical amenities such as a washing machine and dryer are also available.Enjoy a quiet break in the middle of nature or explore the surroundings and nature from our holiday flat. The Eifel offers ideal conditions for hiking and mountain biking. Do you like to play golf? The Ediger Eller golf course is only about 20 minutes away. You have a horse and would like to travel with it? Thanks to a cooperation with a local riding stable, you can easily bring your horse with you. Your host will be happy to advise you! The town of Gerolstein with its shops, restaurants and many shopping opportunities is only 5 km away. The apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes. The Kyllradweg entrance is only 400 m away. You can also visit the many great excursion destinations nearby: Eagle and Wolf Park Kasselburg, PelmInformation: The final cleaning fee of €60.00 is to be paid in cash on site.

Our house is situated at the outskirts of the small village Roth in natural surroundings. You reach the forest in 2 min. and the section "Hillesheim-Gerolstein" of one of Germany's top hiking trails, the "Eifelsteig", runs along the house. We renovated the basement of our house in 2014/15 and established the new holiday flat "Wald und Wiese" ("Forest and Field"). It is accessible from ground level and convenient for challenged people.
