Rurtalgarten

In the "Rurtalgarten" vacation home (semi-detached house) you will stay in a typical listed Eifel half-timbered house in the district of Hammer near Simmerath. The Rur is only a few minutes' walk away and you can go on beautiful hiking tours to the nearby Rursee.

The approx. 120 m² semi-detached house can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the first floor there is a living/dining room, a small kitchen and 1 bathroom.

On the upper floor there are 2 double rooms and 2 rooms each with 1 single bed and a crib. One of these double rooms is a connecting room to the room with a single bed and a crib.

The small kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with 4 hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine as well as crockery, cutlery etc. Up to 3 people can sit at the bar.

The rustic living/dining room has a large table with 6 chairs, a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings and a TV.

The modern bathroom has two washbasins, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a urinal and bidet as well as a WC.

Large garden on the premises for shared use. You can spend pleasant hours outdoors on the partially covered wooden outdoor terrace. An electric barbecue is available.

Two car parking spaces are available free of charge at the rear of the house.

The church, a monument and a children's playground are located directly across the street.
