Dear guests, Welcome to Hotel Schönblick. On the edge of the Eifel National Park between Schleiden and Blankenheim, we warmly welcome you to our family-run hotel. Our rooms are all equipped with WC/shower and TV as well as free WIFI. From here you have a wonderful view of nature. Hiking and cycling trails and a large sun terrace are right next to the hotel. We are happy to provide garage parking spaces for your bicycles or motorcycles.In the morning we will be happy to spoil you with a rich breakfast buffet with specialties from the region.Numerous excursion destinations are within easy reach, such as the Krekeler Heide with its wild orchids and lung gentian, the "Eifelsteig" hiking route, Steinfeld Monastery, Waldi's "Eifel-Antik" store from the show "Bares für Rares" and much more.The Eifel National Park is right on our doorstep. With its unique beech and spruce forests, meadows and pastures, it is home to many treasures of the Eifel: the reservoirs, the wild daffodil meadows, red deer and wild boar, wild cats, lynx and many rare bird species. You can explore the national park on your own on the hiking and cycling trails or join the guided tours led by the national park rangers. The idea of the national park is to let nature run free.If you want to relax after a long hike, a visit to a romantic Eifel town is a good idea. Monschau, for example, invites you to take a stroll past the historic half-timbered houses. In addition to the "Red House" with its original furnishings from the cloth-making era and the "Mustard Museum", the castle offers an impressive view of the narrow, winding alleyways. Bad Münstereifel with its "City Outlets" within its historic town walls also attracts thousands of visitors every year. You can also visit the historic Kronenburg, Heimbach and Nideggen with their romantic houses and cobbled streets. We will be happy to inform you about hiking routes and excursions in the surrounding area.
Our two-storey non-smoking vacation home is located in the center of Weyer and offers accommodation for up to 7 people. As a district of the town of Mechernich, the village of Weyer borders on the municipality of Nettersheim and is located approx. 2 km from the junction of the A1 highway, exit 113. At 525 m above sea level, the Brehberg is the highest point in the town area. Hikers can enjoy the adjacent Eifelsteig trail and the Kakushöhle circular hiking trail, among many other options.

Welcome to the "Eifelrose" holiday homeQuietly situated in a small suburb, the newly renovated holiday flat on 70 sqm offers everything 2-4 people need for a nice holiday.In Ulmen, 3km away, you will find everything for your daily needs, such as bakers, butchers and supermarkets. There are also restaurants, snack bars and an ice cream parlour in the village.In addition to the castle ruins, you can see and explore not only the youngest maar in Central Europe (Ulmener Maar) but also the oldest maar in Germany (Jungferweiher). Since April 2023, it has also been possible to walk through the Ulmen maar tunnel, the connection between the two maars that was built in the Middle Ages.
