The modern and lovingly furnished holiday flat "An der kleinen Schreinerei" is located in the heart of the Eifel. With about 60 sqm, divided into a master bedroom, a children's bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a cosy living room as well as a generously fully equipped kitchen, the flat offers space for 4 people. The south-facing garden with a view over the village invites you to linger. The holiday flat is located in the over 200 year old house of the Fenger family, which is adjacent to their own carpentry workshop. We look forward to visiting the carpenter's workshop with you. The nearby Kronenburger See offers a climbing garden and boat hire, bathing and leisure fun for young and old. Discover nature! Surrounded by the greenery of the northern Eifel, the two white towers of the Steinfeld basilica rise up behind the wide-open, wrought-iron gate of the monastery gate. The historical beginnings of Steinfeld Monastery go back more than 1000 years and the complex is considered one of the best-preserved monastic monuments in the Rhineland. The Salvatorian order has been at home here for almost 100 years - and offers its guests an exceptional place to stay. As a center of education and spirituality, art and culture, the order makes the monastery an experience for guests. They experience the pilgrimage site with the tomb of St. Hermann Josef and the historic König organ in the basilica as the cultural, historical and religious center of the region. The spacious, comfortably furnished vacation apartment (85 square meters) for 2 to 4 people with a view of the High Fens is located in a quiet, wooded area on the outskirts of Monschau/Kalterherberg. It has a roof terrace with a panoramic view of the High Fens, plenty of parking spaces at the house, parking facilities for bicycles inside the house are available. WLAN (WiFi) and charging facilities for electric bicycles are free of charge.

Our small hotel / inn is located in the beautiful Mützenich at 610 meters altitude. The air and the view are unique and invites you to relax. The popular town of Monschau is about 4.5 km from our house. The premium hiking trail Eifelsteig, from Aachen to Trier, passes our inn in 300 m distance. The new Ravelroute (Vennbahntrasse) is about 2,5 km away from our house. Especially for cyclists we have a new garage, which can be used free of charge on request. For our guests arriving by car there is a large parking lot available free of charge. Four-legged friends are also welcome on request. We offer free WLAN in the entire house and in addition to many other, small attentions on our well-equipped rooms, we can still shine with a highly frequented and very good á la carte restaurant. A home-style/ Mediterranean cuisine, rounded off by constantly changing daily specials make many guests very happy. The Venngasthof Zur Buche is now one of the best restaurants in the northern Eifel.
