Our house is located in the Eifel village of Herhahn, to the west between Schleiden and Gemünd, and borders directly on the Eifel National Park. In the village itself you will find our house near the church and bus stop. Thanks to its direct location to the Rur and Urft lake district, countless excursion destinations are within easy reach: the Rur dam, the town of Monschau, the town of Nideggen, the town of Aachen and the LVR open-air museum in Kommern are perfect for day trips. Walks, long hikes, swimming, strolls through quaint Eifel villages with their half-timbered houses promise variety and relaxation.

Child friendly with a play area in the restaurant and a large in-house playground with volleyball court and football goal. Rich menu with venison specialties from local forests. Vegetarian cuisine. Hiking possibilities directly from the house. Bikers and cyclists welcome. Pets are not allowed. Free garage for bikers and cyclists. Closed all day Monday and Thursday, (please arrange arrival)

Our holiday flat on the Eifel Pilgrims' Cycle Route is located in the small village of Minderlittgen in the holiday region of Wittlich Stadt & Land between the Maaren and the Moselle. It is an ideal starting point for beautiful cycling and hiking tours to the Volcanic Eifel and the Moselle. The Eifel Pilgrims' Cycle Path runs right on our doorstep. The Maare-Mosel cycle path, the Eifelsteig and its adventure loops, as well as the well-marked hiking trails of the Eifelverein around Minderlittgen, offer a variety of possibilities for organising your stay. The shopping town of Wittlich is 6 km away and can also be easily reached by public transport. Trier, the oldest city in Germany, is about 40 minutes away by car. From Minderlittgen you have access to the A1/A48 in about 9 km and to the A60 in 7 km.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Dorsel. Enjoy the view of the Hohe Acht and on the Aremberg. Discover and experience the region around Dorsel on several hiking trails or the Ahrradweg ( Cycle route) . The legendary circuit of Nürburgring is located about 15 km from Dorsel away.
