Every 1st Sunday of the month, the Erlebniswelten Grubenfeld organizes an open guided tour through the exciting SteinZeiten exhibition and the Mayen mining area. The guided tour provides information about the more than 7000-year-old history of this ancient mining landscape, where traces of mining from the past can still be found today. However, it is not only the outdoor area that is worth seeing, but also the SteinZeiten exhibition, where history can be experienced once again, offers many exciting things. Participants in the guided tour gain interesting insights into the history and significance of the exhibited objects. Those interested can join a guided tour without registration from 1.45 p.m. in the ticket office area of the Erlebniswelten. The guided tour lasts one and a half hours.
