An ecologically renovated farmhouse from the 18th century with a modernised extension offers space and ambience for a relaxed and at the same time comfortable holiday. A contemporary modern kitchen with sitting area and wall heating is a nice contrast to the restored staircase, the old doors with box locks and old wooden floors. Extensive garden and meadow areas with the possibility to sit, play and barbecue are right in front of the door, as well as a large parking lot. An ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours (mountain bike and racing bike) and, due to the proximity to the Nürburgring, also for all motor sport enthusiasts. For example, the starting point of Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2019 (Die wilde Endert) in the category Tours is just around the corner in Ulmen.

New: ---- Now with fiber optic connection ---- Our lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday flat for up to five people is located in the heart of Kommern. It was completely renovated in 2021 and due to its location it is an ideal starting point, both for the things of daily life, as well as for exploring the beautiful Voreifel. Our modernly furnished holiday flat has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower/ WC) and next to it a separate guest WC. In the large bedroom there is a double bed and a sleeping couch, in the other room two single beds. Thus, there is room for a maximum of five people in the flat. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate guest toilet. The flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace with lawn on the south side of the house, which creates a bright and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and invites you to eat, drink and linger. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Bicycles/e-bikes that you bring with you can be parked in the garage. In addition, a bicycle is available for you to fetch your daily bread rolls or for cycling in the relaxing Eifel region.
