Since 2001, the Steinrausch team has been practicing organic farming according to the Bioland principles on a goat farm in the Eifel. Our goats turn the tasty Eifel herbs into milk, which we use to create the various types of Steinrausch goat's cheese in our own farm cheese dairy in the traditional way.
We also sell our Steinrauscher goat cheese directly from the farm. Opening hours: weekdays between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
