A unique underground experience - Here everyone can feel like a miner and explore the underground ore veins with their rocks and mineral deposits.

The 3 gallery visitor mine "Grube Bendisberg" offers fantastic insights into the interior of the earth. Old miners' traditions come alive. A world that fascinates everyone.

In former times, lead and zinc ore was mined here on a total of 5 levels. Today, the narrow tunnels, explosives and reel chambers, shafts and ore passages are open to the public.

A ride in a lorry, the "dwarf search" and a visit to the "puzzle gallery" await all younger guests.

Beforehand, rocks, minerals and historical tools and working methods can be admired in the exhibition area.

The standard guided tour in the central gallery lasts about 1.5 hours and is accompanied by a mine guide, including audio system and illumination.

Unfortunately there is currently no catering in the visitor mine, so better pack something to eat and drink!
