Cooking class focusing on goat's cheese


This cooking class is all about wonderful goat's cheese – a real all-rounder in the kitchen, light, healthy and full of aromatic finesse. Together, we will discover the many facets of this special cheese: from mild and creamy to strong and spicy.

With great joy and curiosity, we will immerse ourselves in the world of regional and seasonal ingredients and combine them with goat's cheese to create surprising, colourful and exciting dishes. We will conjure up creative starters, hearty main courses and perhaps even a sweet treat that shows just how versatile this cheese really is.

Whether fresh from the oven, raw and marinated or artfully arranged – we experiment, taste and enjoy. At the end, you will not only take home new recipes, but also inspiration, the courage to combine and the desire to experience goat's cheese in completely new ways.
