• There is no audio induction loop system.
• In the passenger compartments/restaurants there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

• There are four marked parking spaces for people with disabilities 250 meters from the Einruhr-Obersee pier.
• The ramp at the Einruhr-Obersee pier has a gradient of 7 % and a length of 20 m.
• The ships "St. Nikolaus" and "Seensucht" are accessible without steps.
• The upper decks are only accessible via stairs.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the passenger compartments/restaurants (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Public toilet for people with disabilities on the ship "St. Nikolaus"

• The toilet is accessible via a 5 cm high threshold.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the toilet and the washbasin 98 cm x 185 cm;
  left of the toilet 71 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 35 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the left of the toilet can be flipped-up.
• The sink has limited access.
• An alarm trigger is available.

Public toilet for people with disabilities on the ship "Seensucht "

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the door 300 cm x 107 cm;
  in front of the toilet and the washbasin 140 cm x 114 cm;
  left of the toilet 75 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 77 cm x 70 cm.
• There is a grab rail on the left side of the toilet. The grab rail can be flipped-up.
• The sink is not wheelchair compatible.
• An alarm trigger is not available.
