Handwerkermarkt Monschau

Experience traditional handicrafts in the halls of the Monschau craft market and the glassworks! The "Monschauer Glashütte" is one of the most popular sights in Monschau. In a guided tour you will experience how glassware was made 2000 years ago: From melting the sand, to blowing the still liquid glass, to the fine-tuning of vases, glasses, etc. The "handicraft market" is laid out in the style of a village square. There are several market stalls around an artificial stream with a mill wheel.
