After years of apprenticeship and travelling in top gastronomic establishments - including some star-winning houses - chef Sven Molitor took over the kitchen at the Hotel zur Post in 2013. You can look forward to down-to-earth regional dishes and classics, which our chef will prepare for you in a refined way. Sven Molitor uses only carefully selected and fresh ingredients, as far as possible from producers in our region. With great respect for the product, he creates tempting culinary delights that you can already look forward to.

The award recommends a very good, often regionally influenced cuisine, carefully prepared dishes which, with a particularly good price-performance ratio, make culinary delights possible even for smaller budgets.
