The coffee roasting process

In contrast to large coffee roasters, the Dauner coffee roaster roasts small batches of 5 to 10kg at temperatures around 200 ° C and long roasting times between 15 and 25 minutes. In addition to the selection of fine green coffee, the gentle roasting process is particularly beneficial for the development of the fine aroma components and the digestibility of the coffee. Coffee is a fresh product. That is why the Daun coffee roaster roasts at least two to three times a week. Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., interested parties are invited to watch. You can also find out all you need to know about coffee from food technologist Hans Richarz-Hilberg.
