Tourentipp Maifeld-Radweg: Flotte Runde mit Spielspaß
Naunheim
The start is in Naunheim and while the parents get the bikes ready, the little ones can climb along the corn stalks. Then it's off in the direction of Mertloch. You can get a great view of the fields and often see a tractor at work or, depending on the time of year, large combine harvesters.
You don't need to take a break on this route, as you will arrive in Mertloch in three and a half kilometers. There is a playground, willow tepees, swings and a climbing frame. A little further on, past two exciting information boards about agriculture and grain on the Maifeld, is the water playground! Here there is a large slide, play equipment for the little ones and also the opportunity to refresh your feet. A great destination for a short bike ride! You can reward yourself with an ice cream or coffee at the little hut along the route or have a picnic on the benches at the playgrounds.
Back in Naunheim, you can climb again here. There is also an information board with amazing information about sugar beet and the answer to the question: What is a beet mouse - if not a rodent?
