Food is said to be balm for the soul. We believe this at Brauer's 800°C restaurant as well. And good food starts with the ingredients! That's why we exclusively use high-quality, regional products for truly special culinary delights.

The focus is on delicacies from beef, which our trained chefs prepare fresh for you on our restaurant highlight, the 800°C grill. The meat not only comes from our family-owned cattle breeding but is also subjected to a special drying process in our in-house dry aging facilities before our chefs heat things up for the meat – and your taste buds.

Whether steak or burger: Our passion lies in grill specialties of the absolute highest quality – regional, house-dried, and served to perfection.
