Our glamping tents stand on large wooden platforms and have a small outdoor terrace. The beds are made of straw. Therefore, and also because of the high cotton content of the tents, there is a very pleasant indoor climate. All tents have a small serving trolley with cutlery, glasses, plates etc. as well as a clothes rail and seating. For cosy lighting, there are fairy lights and solar lamps, which can also be used to charge a mobile phone via USB. There is also the possibility of using electricity between the tents. An outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue area is available for self-catering. Many delicacies are available in the small farm shop and garden. If the weather is not so good to cook on the open fire, you will find toasters, kettles, hot plates and a small oven in the small farm shop. In our outdoor sanitary facilities you will find environmentally conscious outdoor showers as well as environmentally conscious dry separation toilets.

Our small hotel / inn is located in the beautiful Mützenich at 610 meters altitude. The air and the view are unique and invites you to relax. The popular town of Monschau is about 4.5 km from our house. The premium hiking trail Eifelsteig, from Aachen to Trier, passes our inn in 300 m distance. The new Ravelroute (Vennbahntrasse) is about 2,5 km away from our house. Especially for cyclists we have a new garage, which can be used free of charge on request. For our guests arriving by car there is a large parking lot available free of charge. Four-legged friends are also welcome on request. We offer free WLAN in the entire house and in addition to many other, small attentions on our well-equipped rooms, we can still shine with a highly frequented and very good á la carte restaurant. A home-style/ Mediterranean cuisine, rounded off by constantly changing daily specials make many guests very happy. The Venngasthof Zur Buche is now one of the best restaurants in the northern Eifel. Dear guests, you will find our holiday apartment in the middle of the Eifel in the center of Nettersheim - directly on the Eifelsteig. It was badly affected by the flood in summer 2021, like many other houses in Urft, Erft and in the Ahr valley. In the two years that followed, it was painstakingly rebuilt with great attention to detail. Our holiday apartment "a Bäckesch 15" can accommodate up to 4 people and includes a fully furnished and equipped apartment including a washing machine, parking space and WiFi.
