An experience for young and old at the Moll candle and wax factory.

Under the guidance of master wax maker Michael Moll, you will cast your very own personal lava stone candle. This "Original Eifel Lava Candle" is made exclusively with local materials from the Volcanic Eifel. The bubbling and hissing of the hot lava, foggy smoke just like a real volcano book! The casting of the lava pots has its very own fascination. Then there is the filling of fragrant beeswax, which each participant fills into his or her own candle, adds the appropriate wick and finally decorates it with a piece of honeycomb. Along the way, you will learn all kinds of interesting and amusing facts about the history of wax candles and the tradition of this old craft.
