Experience Point No. 4 of the hike “Witches, Executioners & Scoundrels” takes you to the pyre at around kilometer 3.

Just a short kilometer after the first crime scene, you reach the carefully reconstructed pyre in Brandenbusch. Here, in the 16th century, not only supposed witches but also alleged thieves and murderers were handed over to the fire. To find the site of the witch's fire, you'll need to push through the dense undergrowth a bit.

On the hike “Witches, Executioners & Scoundrels,” the pyre marks the fourth experience point and takes you into the dark past of the region.
