Bitburger LandGang - Schlossroute - Circular route around Malberg

This Bitburger LandGang leads through the beautiful village of Malberg with its imposing castle complex, as well as through the idyllic Mühlenwald with its red sandstone and the Kyll.
The Kyll, with its soothing babbling, is at times your companion on this approx. 3 km long circular trail. In addition to herbs, meadows, hedges and forests, rugged rock formations of the red-glowing red sandstone line the edge of the path. Among the highlights of the walk is the imposing Malberg Castle, whose gardens are open to the public on Wednesdays, Sundays and holidays during the season (note opening hours). The castle can be visited during a guided tour.
