On this hike for singles and single people, you will meet like-minded people and get into conversation in an uncomplicated way while hiking. You will escape from everyday life and experience the beautiful nature of the Eifel landscape.
The route takes us from Oberweiler along beautiful forest paths to the crossroads in the Niederweiler forest, known as "de Spann" in Eifel dialect. From here, we have a beautiful view over Echtershausen in the valley and Altscheid on the heights and, a little later, the reservoir in Biersdorf.
The route then continues to the Ringelstein. Here, the summit cross at an altitude of 413 m offers us a quiet place to linger and pause for a moment. When the weather is fine, you have a fantastic view from here over the heights of the Eifel and even as far as the Hunsrück in the distance. After this highlight of the hike, we head towards Nieder-/Oberweiler and can continue to enjoy the magnificent view over the hilly landscape.
