Guided hike ‘In the footsteps of stone witnesses’ - cultural history walk in and around Dreis on Saturday, 21 March 2025

The guided walk, which is approximately 2.5 km long and covers parts of the Dreiser Cross Trail opened in 2012, is accompanied by hiking guide Alfred Herges. Along the way, he will explain the symbolism, typology and background of each foundation and will be happy to answer any questions. The guided tour is limited to the 12 stations of the Dreiser Kreuze Weg in the village and is free of charge – donations towards the maintenance of the wayside crosses are kindly requested.
All participants are cordially invited to the closing event at the village square. Here there will be time and opportunity to round off the afternoon with pleasant conversation, coffee and homemade cake.
