The saxophone quartet takes us into new saxophone worlds

The four musicians regularly form the saxophone group of the Berlin Philharmonic and are known as "clair-obscur," one of the most renowned quartets of its kind. Their musical quality, flexibility, and stylistic confidence allow them to perform at the highest level without blinders.

“clair-obscur” knows no taboos; they present what they like and simultaneously prove that music from various styles reaches the audience when it is played and presented well – and sounds good.
