Meditatives Bogenschießen - Einklang von Körper, Geist und Seele

"Draw the bow. Aim for the target. Release the arrow. Fly the path." A way to more attention, mindfulness, and serenity. Intensive practical exercises with bow and arrow, monastic-Benedictine impulses, time for silence, and the opportunity to participate in monastic prayer times.

No prior knowledge is required. All materials will be provided. Personal bows are welcome to be brought along (except compound bows). The courses will take place indoors and outdoors. Please bring weatherproof clothing and sturdy footwear.

The seminar begins with dinner on the first day and ends with lunch on the third day.

Seminar fee: € 275 per person plus accommodation and meals (see below)

Participation in the seminar is tied to accommodation in the guesthouse of the monastery. By registering for the seminar, a room is automatically reserved. The costs for accommodation and full board amount to € 194.50 per person in a single room (as of 2025) and are to be settled directly on-site with the monastery upon arrival.

Cancellation conditions for accommodation, meals, and course participation are as follows:

up to 29 days before the arrival date: free of charge.

28 – 8 days before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed services will be charged.

7 – 1 day before the arrival date, 85% of the agreed services will be charged.

After that, 100% of the agreed services will be charged.

Notification of a possible cancellation must be made in writing / via email.
