70 young musicians on tour

In July 2026, 70 young musicians from the Merton Music Hubs will come to Bad Bertrich. The tour offers the youth the opportunity to make music together, reach new audiences, and experience different concert venues.
Merton Music Hub provides young musicians aged 13-20 with weekly music lessons, as well as the opportunity to play in orchestras, choirs, and bands.

Merton Youth Concert Band – Concert band with 22 musicians, repertoire of pop and film music.
Merton Youth Jazz Orchestra – Small jazz orchestra playing well-known jazz standards
Senior Guitar Ensemble – Classical guitarists playing music from Latino styles to the Beatles
String Sinfonia – String quartet performing popular songs, film music, and well-known classical repertoire.
