Long awaited by fans, "Starting the Day with Energy" finally returns on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 8:30 AM. The parking lot at Dauner Wehrbüsch transforms into a meeting point on Tuesdays to kick off the morning with sporty exercises. The advantages of the event organized by the Eifel Association Daun: experiencing sporty movement in a motivated group under the qualified guidance of DWV-certified health hiking leaders. Birgitta Hönigmann and Gabi Thull also promote the mental and psychologically positive effects of hiking in community. Meeting point: parking lot, Verkehrsgarten am Wehrbüsch. Variable routes, approximately 5 km.
