Frühlingsfahrten mit dem Vulkan-Express

The "Vulkan Express" offers a spring ride today between Brohl-Lützing on the Rhine and Niederzissen at the foot of the volcano crater Bausenberg. During the journey, a tunnel will be passed through and several bridges will be crossed. Departure from Brohl is at 11:15 AM.

The trains are being pulled today by a historic diesel locomotive and regularly operate 1st and 2nd class. In good weather, you can also enjoy the ride from the open convertible car. The trains are operated at family-friendly prices!

From Niederzissen, we offer you a guided hike through the Brohltal spring landscape up to a barbecue hut. There, a tasty snack will be served. Well-fed, you will return to the station, from where our train will take you back to Brohl at 4:02 PM.

Arrival at Brohl station is at 4:40 PM.
