International wheelchair rugby weekend from May 9th to 10th, 2026 at Eventum in Wittlich.

Sporting Excellence, Inclusion & International Encounters!
On May 9th and 10th, 2026 (Mother's Day weekend), an extraordinary wheelchair rugby event will take place at the Eventum Wittlich. The weekend combines training activities, participation offerings for the public, as well as an international match of high level.
The goal of the event is to showcase wheelchair rugby as a performance-oriented, dynamic, and inclusive sport, and to enable encounters between players, spectators, and supporters.
Saturday, May 9th, 2026
Morning: Training camp of the participating teams
Afternoon: Wheelchair rugby for everyone. Open participation offering for families and visitors.
Sunday, May 10th, 2026
Morning: Training camp of the teams. Afternoon (approx. 2:00-3:00 PM) international match Germany against the Netherlands. Following this: Meet and greet with the players.
