"Cafè Auszeit" invites you to a meeting on the topic of "Time Out from Everyday Care" on February 24, 2026, March 24, 2026, and April 28. 


Space for exchange, short breaks from the demanding caregiving everyday life and the opportunity to get to know support offers. The project is supported by the Care Self-Help Rheinland-Pfalz, the Care Support Center, WILàvie, and the DRK Social Work Bernkastel-Wittlich.
Participation is free of charge.
