Every piece of furniture, every piece of furnishings, every decorative element - when it comes to all the furnishings, we have made sure that you feel comfortable with it, because that is our greatest wish. That's why you won't find any gold taps with us. We believe that this would not increase the feel-good factor but rather create an artificial distance. And in a museum where “Please don’t touch” is written everywhere, you don’t feel comfortable. A great house, high-quality furnishings and something priceless, namely the great nature with which the Vulkaneifel is blessed - we can give you a feel-good guarantee!
For us, “wellness” is not just an empty phrase, not a buzzword that you just have to adorn yourself with today: the feeling of well-being does not stop with our wellness areas with sauna, all-round showers and corner bathtub, but rather only begins there. Conditions
Your electricity and water consumption
We don't want to restrict you when it comes to using the sauna, the wellness showers and the corner bathtub: We therefore allow you to decide how often you use it - but to ensure that it remains fair for everyone, we will charge for water and electricity separately. With the moderate prices, you don't need to worry about high billing: Electricity: 50 cents / kWh (from 100% hydropower) Water: €4.50 / m3 For your reference: A sauna session consumes (according to the manufacturer) around 13 kWh (i.e. around €4). A bath about €0.80. Information provided without guarantee.
In the winter months of November to February we charge you a flat rate of 10 euros for the use of our garage. You can of course use the three parking spaces in front of the house free of charge (as long as we keep up with the snow removal).
Deposit: Due to the high-quality furnishings, we charge a deposit of €300. You will of course get this back after deducting the electricity and water costs and any damage! Normally nothing happens, so only electricity and water are deducted from the deposit.
Note on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the municipality of Gerolstein have been paying a guest contribution of 0.75 euros per person per night. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee.
The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, it is collected separately by the accommodation and forwarded to the Gerolstein municipality.
