The holiday apartment has a spacious and open living/dining and cooking area, a separate bedroom, shower and toilet.
The apartment has its own entrance and a separate terrace.
All rooms are barrier-free and accessible at ground level; aids (shower chair, grab bars and a raised toilet seat) are available for the shower and toilet.
There is a parking space at the apartment and a locked room is available for bicycles brought along (with charging facilities for e-bikes).
Lake Freilingen can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Exclusive: use of washing machine
The municipality of Blankenheim has been charging an overnight stay tax since 2019. Since then we have been required to charge 3% of the rental price for overnight stays. For our accommodation this is €1.80 per night, which we have to add to the rental price.
Please understand that we do not rent our holiday apartment to companies and fitters.
