The Maar holiday home can be booked online as three individual holiday apartments, the Stollenstube, Burgstube and Maarstube, or as an entire holiday home on request.

You can collect very special experiences and moments in Ulmen and the surrounding area. You will explore hiking trails that are second to none. You will ride mountain bike routes that will put a smile on your face for a long time.

Holiday home Maar is, as the name suggests, in the old, historic center of Ulmen. The center of the village, the Alte Postplatz, with small shops and restaurants, is only 50 m away, the maar is 50 m straight ahead, the castle 100 m and thus the entrance to wonderful hiking trails and mountain bike routes.
You either live in the maar parlor, directly under the roof with a view of the maar from the dormer windows, or in the castle parlor below, where you can feel the charm of the knights in a comfortable, rustic interior or in the small studio, the gallery parlor, which is on the ground floor and has a very special flair thanks to its rear wall.
After a day of hiking or mountain biking, you can relax in the infrared cabin and then enjoy the evening with a barbecue in the courtyard and let the day fade away.

Maarstube and Burgstube have 2-4 beds, the Stollenstube can be booked for singles or couples who like it cozy.

The holiday home Burg, the so-called Ritterstube, offers you a single apartment for 2-6 people or you have the house to yourself and a very special setting. Completely renovated in 2021, the venerable walls under the ruins of Ulmen Castle offer the best possible comfort paired with princely elegance. They sleep in four-poster beds and reside above the roofs of Ulmen. Perfect for the honeymoon! You have the house to yourself and can get to know each other even better.

Enjoy your breakfast in the light-flooded kitchen-cum-living-room with a view over the roofs to fields, forests and meadows, end the day with a barbecue in the courtyard or treat yourself to a few relaxing, cozy hours with games or reading in the cozy living room.
Maar, Burg, Alter Postplatz are only 350 m away on foot from the Ritterstube.
