We produce traditionally made products! All types of bread are baked with the farm's own full sourdough. A highlight is our "Eifeler Schwarzbot". Another speciality is our fine egg pasta. We only use eggs from our local poultry farm, Uwe Walter, and pure durum wheat semolina. Small pastries, such as bread rolls and yeast rolls and butter croissants are baked fresh daily!
