The love of the meat trade is in his blood. Karl-Heinz Esser passed his master's examination in the butcher's trade as early as 1972 and, at the age of 20, was the youngest master in Germany at the time. In 1979 he founded his company Fleisch- und Wurstspezialitäten ESSER and led it consistently and with great attention to detail to the top. Numerous renowned national and international awards, trophies and honours stand for the highest quality.
